Payment Terms
The initial payment includes a $199 non refundable deposit. If submitting a partial payment, you will be invoiced for the remaining amount when all 16 businesses have signed up, we will email each business to pay any remaining amount so we can begin the campaign.
If not subscribed, please pay the final amount within 48 hours of receiving the invoice so the other businesses who have payed are not subjected to delays. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours, we will attempt to contact you. If you do not respond or pay within the 48 hour limit, your spot and deposit will be forfeited and we will find another business to take your place.
Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel or you do not pay the remaining balance after signing up and before the 48 hour deadline, the $199 deposit will not be refunded. If the promotional campaign will not run because of reasons other than the fault of you or your business, we will refund and return all funds back to you, including the deposit.
Full refunds will also be processed only if requested before 48 hours have passed after a subscription has been paid. Any refund requests after the 48 hour period may be partially refunded which will include your full payment minus the deposit.
